Nottingham-based Hylyfe has acquired it second site luxury apartment scheme – this time in Leicester.

The site, when completed, will provide 171 luxury 1-,2- & 3-bed apartments in a part-refurbishment of the locally listed EW Bryan Mill, constructed in the mid 1800s, and 141 new build homes.
